Doncaster Hockey Club.
From all directions follow Brown road signs to the 'RACECOURSE' roundabout at the junction of A18/A6182. Take the road towards the town centre away from the Racecourse, this is a dual carriageway. At end of dual carriageway Clubhouse, parking and pitch are on the right, opposite the Earl of Doncaster and just before the Rockingham Hotel.
Thirsk High School
From the A1 North Head south on the A1, exiting at A19/A168 junction to Teesside and follow the A168 for approx five miles, just after the Little Chef take the B1448 exit for Thirsk. Follow B1448for approx 2 miles, as you enter Thirsk/Sowerby turn right into Gravel Hole Lane. The pitch is visible on the left hand side; take the entrance into the school on the left.
From the A19 North Head south on the A19, exiting at the A19/A170 Thirsk/York/Scarborough junction. Turn left at the junction heading towards York, get into the right hand lane and cross the dual carriageway at the gap, past the Garden Centre on the right. Bear right as the road splits into two, onto Blakey Lane. Follow road, over small bridge to junction. Go straight across onto Gravel Hole Lane and follow the road straight on for half a mile. Take the entrance into the school on the right.
From the A1 South Head north on the A1, exiting at A19/A168 junction to Teesside and follow the A168 for approx five miles, just after the Little Chef take the B1448 exit for Thirsk. Leeds ADEL Carnegie HC
From East, North and A1. Take A64 to meet A6120 Ring Road at roundabout turn right towards Bradford. Follow Ring Road A6120: cross A58(Wetherby) and A61(Harrogate) at roundabouts. Continue on Ring Road A6120 to pass Leeds University Playing Fields on left of dual carriageway and approach roundabout with A660. Leeds/Otley Road.. Weetwood Hotel on left, turn right towards Otley away from Leeds City Centre. ****at end of dual carriageway is an ESSO petrol station and shortly after a set of traffic lights. Turn right at traffic lights, and left at T junction. This is Church Lane. Ground, Clubhouse, parking etc., on right in about 400 yards. From West, Bradford/Halifax. From A647 Bradford/Leeds Road take A6120 Ring Road North, continue over 3 roundabouts including A657 (Shipley), A65 (Yeadon), at 4th roundabout, A660 Otley/Leeds road turn left at roundabout A660 towards Otley Then as East, North and A1 directions above.
From City Centre, M62.M1. From Inner Ring Road A58(M) and A64(M) take A660 signed Headingley, Bramhope, Otley. Pass impressive University of Leeds Buildings on your left and continue towards Otley Continue past the LMU site towards OTLEY. Continue on A660 Otley over roundabout with A6120. Then as East, North and A1 directions above
Outwood Grange College
From M1 Junction 41 take A650 towards Wakefield, A650 is a dual carriageway, Within 200 yards of M1 roundabout take left slip road that quickly crosses over A650 into Bradford Road.(Make a mental note of the turning on your right required when wishing to return to M1, it will then of course be on your left) At traffic lights turn left into Potovens Lane and continue. There a number of traffic calming measures in place. Shortly after sharp left hand bend entry to School is on your right. Building work in progress so park at front of School and follow signs through grounds to back of School where changing & pitch are situated. This on site arrangement may change as the season progresses.
